During 2018 I had gotten busier with work which was great but also busier in my head. Shooting for clients is great and I love it, but you have to fulfil your own creativity or you burn out.

So towards the end of the year I sat down and made a page on my site for #makeportraits and a signup page so folk could let me know a few things about them.

It’s not a project per-se but more something to refocus my portrait work and get me creating for myself again.  The response of subjects to photograph has been great as well, thank you.

I still have some people to get back to and to arrange dates with. I will get back to you all ASAP.

Ali signed up and came over to the studio for a couple of hours and we got to work shooting portraits.

Whilst I enjoy photographing weddings, events, products I am a portrait photographer at heart and enjoy the process of getting to know someone whilst photographing them.
