Studio Hire - Further Info, T & C’s

Facilities

• Wi-Fi ( 100/10 Fibre ) - Guest / Client Network & Separate Studio Network * Password is changed on a regular basis

• Toilet & Kitchenette (not in the same room you will be pleased to know)

• Client Seating Area

• Phone Charging points. * Please bring your own cable as I can not guarantee I will have the correct one for your phone

• BTS Camera Mounts

• 38 x 15ft Shooting Area / 8ft Ceiling height.

• Tether Station ( USB 2.0, USB 3.0 ), 32” IPS Ben Q 4k Panel HDMI & DP - * I can not guarantee cable compatibility with your computer. If you use mac it is up to you to bring dongles and adapters. (Computer not included)

• USB 3.0 Card Reader (CF, SD, Micro SD, MMC, M2, XD) - I DO NOT have a CF Express card reader so please bring your own.

• Camera / Lens Hire Available ( in studio use only ). Enquire before booking.

• Ironing Board & Steamer

** FAQ / T & C’s ( Please Read This) **

Please contact me before booking so we can confirm availability and dates.

1.   Can I bring my own lights/modifiers? - Yup if you wish but I will need to check any packs if you are bringing pack & head lighting systems in.
2.   Can I shoot both stills and video? - Absolutely but please note other companies are in the building in office hours so noise may be an issue.
3.  When is the studio available? - This varies. My first priority is my own client work so it's best to check with me first and give enough notice.
4.  Can you help me with my shoot? - I can. I also provided an assisted hire option where I will work as your assistant during your hire.
5. Where can we get food from? - You can bring your own food and store it in the studios fridge or you can grab food from one of many local shops or eateries nearby.
6. What happens if I break something? - Whilst I understand accidents happen; any broken/damage equipment will be charged at cost for repair/replacement.
7. I have an older Sony with the Minolta hot shoe can I still use your lights? - Yes you can but you will need an adaptor (not provided) to convert your cameras hot shoe to the industry standard one.

Cancellations

If you cancel your hire the following fees will apply. (no exceptions)

1 week notice - No Charge
2 Days notice - 25% rental fee.
24 Hours or less notice - FULL rental fee. 

Rules

RJ Bradbury & the studio reserve the right to refuse a hire.  Any acts of aggression or unacceptable behaviour towards the studio owner,assistants, equipment and other building residents will not be tolerated, in the event of such you will be escorted off site and the payment in full for the hire will be billed plus any damage charges (if applicable).
