For this post we will be taking a look at this portrait of Geraldine who is a Yoga and Pilates instructor and also performer and dance on cruise ships.
This was one of the setups used during the shoot.

The final setting show on the Set A Light Render are a bit off, the software needs work IMO to dial in power settings V results of lights you can program in. Anyway.
I am yet to figure out how to program in chances in wall colour through a given space in Set A Light. so had to place some reflector to act as white walls on one side and set the software to a white ceiling which mine is not .. well not all the way along the studio.

Hello and welcome back to The Craft.
I had plans to write and produce portrait tutorials this year… well we all know how 2020 has been so far so I will not go into it.
For this post I thought I would share something a little different. In this one we will be taking a look at how I shot and lit a product photo of a Pixapro CITI 300 Pro.
I was sent this light by Pixapro ready for some upcoming video content I am working on for them but figured why not shoot a photo of it during my usual meter and flash duration testing.

At some point you come across off camera flash (OCF) and get introduced to a world full of cool looking images and behind the scenes images.
You see post after post of multiple light setups with big softboxes, stands and other equipment and then you go shopping.
